Hospital pickup planning
Share the campus, building, discharge entrance, unit contact, and realistic release window.
A Planned Ride Home
A discharge ride works best when the destination, release process, mobility needs, and responsible contacts are clear before the rider is ready to leave.
What to Expect
Share the campus, building, discharge entrance, unit contact, and realistic release window.
Confirm whether the rider is going home, to rehabilitation, or to another prepared destination.
Wheelchair, walker, companion, and entrance details are reviewed before the trip is accepted.
Common Trip Needs
Every request is reviewed individually. Availability depends on the route, schedule, vehicle, rider needs, and confirmation from Anuvia.
How to Prepare
The hospital must determine that the rider does not need ambulance-level care, medical monitoring, or clinical support in transit.
Provide the exact entrance, unit or department, staff contact, and estimated release time.
Confirm access, keys, stairs, elevator availability, and the person receiving the rider.
Discharge times change frequently. Send the best available update before the requested pickup.
