Transportation that understands your treatment schedule
Anuvia Support Services provides private, pre-scheduled healthcare transportation for patients in the Greater Rochester area—designed for chemo and infusion therapy, IVF cycles, and riders who need multilingual communication.
Why Transportation Feels So Hard Right Now
→ Public transit or rideshare don’t match early-morning IVF windows or long infusions.
→ Family and friends can’t always take off work for every treatment day.
→ Language barriers make it hard to book and change rides with generic services.
→ Per-ride pricing makes it hard to budget for a whole treatment cycle.

Our Services
Packages built around your treatment plan.
Anuvia turns your infusion or IVF schedule into a simple, predictable set of rides—so transportation becomes one less thing to worry about
Treatment Basics
Ideal for patients with a small number of treatment visits each month.
X round trips per month (final number added later).
Designed for:
- Short infusion plans (e.g., one or two sessions).
- IVF patients needing a few early-morning monitoring visits in a cycle.
- Includes a reasonable buffer of wait time for each visit (e.g., basic wait-and-return), without guaranteeing all-day standby.
Standard Cycle
Our most popular option for a full treatment cycle.
X+ round trips per month (more than Package One).
Designed for:
- Weekly or bi-weekly chemo/infusion sessions in a given month.
- IVF cycles with several early-morning monitoring visits and one procedure day.
- Includes built-in waiting time for infusions and a procedure-day ride pair for IVF:
- Outbound ride to the clinic.
- Return ride with a defined standby period (e.g., 45–60 minutes) after the appointment finishes.
Non-medical, door-to-door support for the patient (and space for a family member or trusted person, where vehicle capacity allows)
Intensive Cycle
Built for high-frequency treatment schedules.
Highest number of included round trips and the most generous waiting-time allowance.
Designed for:
- More frequent infusion sessions or longer chair times in a short period.
- IVF patients with dense monitoring schedules, added visits, or back-to-back procedures.
- Includes:
- Extended wait-and-return coverage for infusions, recognizing that treatments often run long.
- Flexible scheduling within a defined window for IVF monitoring and procedure days.
Still strictly non-medical transportation: no clinical or personal care; focus is on safe driving, timing, and clear coordination.

How It Works
Simple steps from scheduling to safe return home.
1 Tell us about your treatment plan
Share your clinic, schedule, and how often you’ll need rides.
2 Choose a package that fits
We match your infusion or IVF plan to a package, so you know your rides are covered.
3 We handle the route and timing.
We coordinate pickup and drop-off times around your appointment windows.
4 Ride, recover, repeat
You ride with the same service model each visit, focusing on your health—not your transportation.
A transportation partner that respects your schedule and your patients.
We help reduce no-shows and late arrivals.
We communicate clearly with patients and caregivers.
We are non-medical and do not interfere with clinical care.

About Us
Trusted Care for Every Treatment Journey
Anuvia’s mission is to make treatment days more manageable by providing structured, non-medical transportation packages that respect each rider’s time, energy, and dignity—so patients and families can focus on getting better, not getting there.
Our vision is to become the Rochester region’s most trusted, treatment-aware transportation partner—bridging the gap between healthcare and transportation through thoughtful packages, reliable service, and communication that meets people where they are.
Our Story
Rooted in Compassion and Personal Experience
Anuvia Support Services grew out of a simple but important question: What happens when the care inside the clinic is excellent, but getting there is a constant struggle? After seeing how repeated trips for chemo, infusions, and fertility care can wear people down—especially when they don’t drive, have limited support, or prefer another language—Jamilya envisioned a service that would bridge that gap.
Instead of offering random one-time rides, Anuvia was designed around treatment plans. The company focuses on people in active care—particularly those in infusion/oncology and
IVF/fertility—and organizes their transportation into clear, pre-planned service packages that
follow an entire cycle, not just a single day. Each package is strictly non-medical, but deeply
mindful of what treatment days feel like: the early-morning monitoring, the long chair times, the uncertainty of when a visit will end.
With the ability to support riders in Russian, Ukrainian, and other Slavic languages, Anuvia
also recognizes that communication is part of care. The goal is not just to provide a ride, but to offer a calm, predictable link between home and clinic that honors people’s time, energy, and cultural context—because the journey to and from treatment should not add more stress to an already demanding season of life.
